    Delivery Dates

    For weekly and bulk orders,  deliveries may be paused and resumed as needed. Please indicate your preferred delivery dates below or notify us at least 2 days in advance of any changes.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    • DELIVERY: ​Deliveries are made within our designated delivery window. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our delivery may contact you directly if coordination is required. 
    • ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES: Please ensure that an authorized person is available to receive your meals during the delivery window. For residences or commercial buildings with restricted access, kindly leave the necessary instructions or authorization with security or reception. Our riders will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. After this period, the package may be left at the gate, doorstep, lobby, or designated receiving area. Individual delivery notifications are not automatically sent unless specifically requested.
    • HANDLING and CONSUMPTION: For best quality, we recommend consuming the meals within 24 hours of delivery and keeping them properly refrigerated. Customers are responsible for the proper handling, storage, and preparation of meals after delivery. Fit Kitchen will not be responsible for food quality once meals have been left unattended or improperly stored or handled.
    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Confirmed delivery dates are final. Requests to cancel, pause, or move scheduled deliveries must be submitted at least 3 days before the start or resumption of your program and remain subject to approval. Meals are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions before starting your program. Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, seafood, and various meats. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate selected customizations, cross-contact cannot be completely prevented and our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility.
    • NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Fit Kitchen's meal programs are intended for general nutrition and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.     • SENIOR CITIZEN / PWD DISCOUNT: Applicable discounts may be applied to eligible program subscriptions upon submission of a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID. Discounts may not be combined with other promotional or in-house discounts. Where a customer qualifies as both a Senior Citizen and PWD, only one statutory discount may be applied per transaction.
