    Daily deliveries are free, with no specific time.
    Delivery Schedule: 1) "PM Day Before" - Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 9pm, 2) "AM Same Day" - Monday to Friday, 5am to 10am

    Delivery Dates

    We accept orders less than 5 days per week. We allow skipping of delivery days or weeks - please notify us 3 days in advance.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    • DELIVERY: Your Monday to Friday meals will be delivered with no guarantee or estimate to a specific delivery time. Delivery time may extend beyond our delivery period due to emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure).  Fit Kitchen PH's delivery personnel have been furnished with your contact numbers should they need to coordinate directly with you. Delivery addresses submitted to Fit Kitchen PH are final. If you wish to change your delivery address within the week, please notify Fit Kitchen PH directly via SMS at least 1 day prior to the date of delivery (subject to approval and delivery availability).
    • ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES: Please have an authorized person ready to receive your package during delivery hours. If you are staying in a residential or commercial area with restricted access, please leave a verbal instruction or an authorization letter with security or reception to facilitate the receipt of deliveries. Fit Kitchen PH's delivery personnel will allow a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes within which the package must be received. After the allotted time, Fit Kitchen PH reserves the right to leave the package at the gate, doorstep or lobby of your delivery address. We do not send individual text notifications for delivered packages. Please specify special instructions if you would like to receive one.
    • HANDLING and CONSUMPTION: Fit Kitchen PH recommends the consumption of food items within 24 hours upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring proper handling, preparation, and storage of food items received from Fit Kitchen PH.  If you are unavailable to personally receive the package during delivery hours, please instruct your authorized representative to refrigerate the package immediately. Fit Kitchen PH shall not be held responsible for the quality of any food items that have been left unattended or improperly handled upon delivery.
    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Booked delivery dates are final. If you wish to cancel or move the delivery dates of your order/s, you may notify Fit Kitchen PH via 0917-880-9026 or 0917-881-9026 at least 3 days prior to the commencement or resumption of your weekly program. Meals are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: You are responsible for informing Fit Kitchen PH of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to beginning any diet or nutrition program with us. Please be advised that Fit Kitchen PH uses various types of meat (chicken, beef, pork), seafood (squid, shrimp, crab, fish), milk, egg, nut, soy and wheat, and cannot guarantee the separation of these items from other food items in storage, handling, preparation, or cooking. While we make every effort to prepare meals based on your custom options, these are not prepared in an allergen-free facility.
    • NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Fit Kitchen PH's program is in no way intended to constitute medical advice or serve as a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your physician before beginning any diet and/or nutrition or fitness program with Fit Kitchen PH. Always seek the advice of your physician if you have any questions regarding medical conditions, proper diet, nutritional supplements, exercise regimen, or any other matter related to your health and wellbeing.
    • SENIOR CITIZEN OR PWD DISCOUNT: Discount is applicable to program subscription. No double discounts : 1) avail either our in=house discount (as reflected on rates chart) or the Senior Citizen or PWD Discount, 2) in cases where the Senior Citizen is also a PWD, the Senior Citizen can only use either the Senior Citizen ID or the PWD ID to avail discount . E-mail a valid and original clear digital copy of the Senior Citizen or PWD Identification Card through reserve@fitkitchenph.com to avail the discount.
    • DATA PRIVACY: We value your privacy. By providing the above personal information, you consent to your personal information being collected by Fit Kitchen PH including the processing, transfer to affiliates and storage of your personal information for the purposes of sales and marketing.​
